High-end residential transformation

We completed a full ground floor transformation in a high-end property, installing 130m of LVT plank and 35m of complementary herringbone with bespoke borders in the kitchen area. This extensive project, finished within just three days, provided a stunning, cohesive, and durable flooring solution throughout the entire ground floor, significantly enhancing the property's aesthetic and value. The client was delighted with the swift and impeccable execution, achieving a truly luxurious finish.

Bespoke Invictus Maximus installation

This challenging project involved a complete uplift of a 22m composite slab, followed by an 18mm levelling build-up and a 3mm smoothing compound to create the perfect subfloor. We then meticulously installed Invictus Maximus herringbone flooring with intricate bespoke borders, stylish aluminium inlay strips, and matching LVT on the staircase. This two-day full installation delivered a robust, elegant, and highly customised flooring solution for the entire ground floor, offering superior durability and a unique design that perfectly matched the client's vision.
